All items will ship together via USPS Mail taking 3 ~ 5 business days unless otherwise notified. Please note that items need 5 business days for production unless otherwise noted. Items over $1000, will require signature confirmation. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us via email to upgrade. For international order, all items will ship together unless otherwise notified. Items will be insured and a tracking number will be provided. Please note that shipping and customs laws vary from country to country and the client will be responsible for any additional taxes, foreign transaction fees and other fees. If you refuse to pay for the fees associated with your shipment and it is returned to me, I will refund your order MINUS the 30% restocking fee and shipping charge. Thank you for your understanding on this issue. Please note that Giselle by Vivian Son cannot hold responsibility to shipping delays due to customs, foreign shipping policies, etc. Please note that all items are made to order. Any pieces that are engraved, inscribed, altered or expedited will not be returnable or refundable. All RINGS are NOT returnable. Stock pieces that are also requested to be modified (examples: change chain length, chain style, change ring band, re-size ring, change stone, etc.) are also not refundable Returns will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must contact me before sending back the item. All exchanges and returns must be sent back to me within 2days after having notified me of the return.
All exchanges and returns must be sent back insured with signature confirmation and tracking # (it will be the buyer’s full responsibility if the return is lost or damaged during the transit.) When I receive the item, I will refund you for the purchase price minus shipping. The item must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. If the item is returned without its original box, tote, and all original documents that were shipped with package, there will be a $20 charge.

Please note that each piece is made to order and will require 4 weeks for production time unless otherwise noted.
